Anita has over 25 years of experience elevating potential in individuals and teams through her ability to relate, engage and facilitate positive outcomes.
She is a Master Facilitator, trusted coach and experienced mentor with expertise in Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), and Leadership Development. Her background includes 15 years of formal Learning and Development experience with a FTSE 100 company, where she honed skills in blended learning design, as well as the ability to create and facilitate impactful learning events.
Anita has led events across the world in many different business, communities and cultural contexts, developing a strong cross-cultural expertise. Her strengths are her positive energy and enthusiasm, her ability to engage and draw out the best in others, as well as her penchant for having fun.
